Proper documentation of the organization's policies and
procedures is critical to the smooth operation of each company-wide
function. Policies and procedures for interviewing, taking
sick leave or paid time off, filing complaints, promotions
to name a few. Lack of proper documentation of all policies
and procedures will result in a misunderstanding with the
organization's position on an issue. While there are many
ways to accomplish one task and we all have our ACME way
of getting the job done, it is important to arrive at a
systematic outcome to benefit all concerned.
